Certain products, services, and digital content may from time to time be made available to you for purchase through DINO. Virtual coins ("Gold Coins" or "GC") have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes. 1. Compliance under the law applicable where you access the service

By use of the website you have the opportunity to participate in entertainment video games, including tournaments, competitions and other no-prize games. You may play using Gold Coins received free of charge. All entertainment video games are void in any state which prohibits or restricts such activities. By registering you warrant and represent that such activities are not prohibited or restricted by the law applicable to you.

2. Taxes

It is your obligation (and not that of the Company) to pay all taxes imposed upon you, or upon your receipt of any gross or net winnings from the entertainment video games and promotional games, or upon your purchase of any product or service.

3. Sales of property and services

From time to time we may offer for sale goods or services that are advertised or posted on the website. The prices charged for them are subject to change. All sales are final. Gold Coins are licensed to you and are not your property. See also our Refund Policy.

4. Changes to the website, the service, or any no-prize or promotional games offered thereon

We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the service, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use.

5. Eligibility to participate in contests and the free game of chance promotion

The service is available only to persons aged twenty-one (21) years or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever occurs later.

5.1. Excluded Jurisdictions

No-prize games, involving any entry fee, and promotional games are available to persons who live in and participate from the US excluding restricted states: Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, Michigan, Nevada, Connecticut, Delaware, Montana, West Virginia, New York, Louisiana, Rhode Island.

5.2. Other Terms of Eligibility

Notwithstanding any status as a paying participant in entertainment video games, no prize from the promotional game is awarded to winners who are younger than twenty-one (21) years of age, or to participants from any of the excluded states listed above. See the Alternative Method of Entry.
